Some days I wonder at what age exactly did I start losing myself? Did I just wake up one day and realize I no longer liked myself or how I looked? Or was I feeding myself doses of not being good enough based on situations where I couldn't be myself because I felt that I was either "too much" or "too little" yet never good enough.
Women's Crisis Care International is lucky to have over 100 compassionate volunteers working around the clock to help women. These hilarious, kind, diverse, bad-ass women come from different backgrounds and speak many langauges between them but all have two things in common - they all love toppling the patriarchy and reading a good book! Who doesn't?
This week's Woman Moving Bahrain is Azza Al-Hujairi. Azza is a gemologist, jewelry designer and founder of the successful line of fine jewelry, AZZA. On top of that, she is influential blogger and mother of two. She pivoted from a career in law during the early 2000’s to become her own boss, and stay true to her creative side. Azza is finding success through honesty, openness, and remaining true to herself.
